شروط العضوية Membership Terms
أولًا: أحكام عامة
Article 1: General Provisions
1. تسري هذه الشروط إضافةً إلى الإرشادات والتعاميم التي يصدرها النادي عبر قنواته الرسمية (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الرسائل النصية، البريد الإلكتروني، أو الواتساب)، وتعد هذه الإرشادات جزءًا لا يتجزأ من العقد.
1. These terms shall apply in addition to any guidelines or circulars issued by the Club through its official channels (social media, SMS, email, or WhatsApp), and such guidelines shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
2. يلتزم المشترك/وليّ الأمر بجميع التعليمات الموضحة في هذا العقد، والتعليمات الموجودة على اللوحات الداخلية بالنادي، والتعاميم الإدارية التي قد تصدر مستقبلًا.
2. The Child/Guardian/Parent hereby agrees to comply with all provisions stated in this Agreement, as well as all rules displayed within the Club’s premises and any administrative circulars that may be issued in the future.
3. يقرّ ولي الأمر بأنه اطّلع على جميع التعليمات الموضحة في هذا العقد، وأنه قَبل بها كجزء من هذه الشروط وهذا العقد.
3. The Guardian/Parent acknowledges that he/she has reviewed all instructions and provisions set forth in this Agreement and accepts them as part of these terms and this Agreement.
4. تطبّق هذه الشروط وفق وثيقة حماية المستهلك الخاصة بالمراكز والصالات الرياضية الصادرة عن وزارة الرياضة.
4. These terms shall be governed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations for Sports Centers issued by the Ministry of Sports.
ثانيًا: الفئة المستهدفة
Article 2: Target Group
5. يقتصر الالتحاق بالنادي على الفئة العمرية من (4) سنوات حتى (15) سنة، ويتحمّل ولي الأمر مسؤولية صحة البيانات المقدمة، وللنادي الحق في طلب المستندات اللازمة للتحقق متى دعت الحاجة.
5. Membership is limited to Participants/Children aged between four (4) and fifteen (15) years. The Guardian/Parent shall bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, and the Club reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification whenever deemed necessary.
ثالثًا: الدفع والفواتير
Article 3: Payment and Invoicing
6. نظام الدفع المعتمد بالنادي هو (الشهري، الربع سنوي،نصف سنوي). (باقة بيسك 800 ريال/شهر، باقة بيسك بلس 1300/ شهرين ، باقة بريميوم 1900ريال/3 أشهر)
6. The Club’s approved payment plans are monthly or quarterly. (Basic Package 800 SAR/month, Basic Plus Package: 1300 SAR/2 monthsPremium, Package: 1900 SAR/3 month,
7. تُعد الفاتورة الإلكترونية سندًا رسميًا لقبض المبالغ ومرجعًا ماليًا وحيدًا، وتُصدر عن كل دفعة يتم سدادها من قِبل ولي الأمر
7. The electronic invoice shall constitute the official proof of payment and the sole financial reference, issued for each payment made by the Guardian/Parent.
8. تُعلن الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة بحسب ما يبيّنه النادي في قنواته الرسمية.
8. All prices are announced inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as specified by the Club through its official channels.
رابعًا: أوقات العمل
Article 4: Working Hours
9. أوقات عمل النادي: طيلة أيام الأسبوع ما عدا يوم الجمعة.
9. The Club operates throughout the week except on Fridays.
10. يلتزم المشترك بجدول الحصص التدريبية المزوّد له من النادي.
10. The Participant/Child must adhere to the training schedule provided by the Club.
11. عدد الحصص التدريبية: يختار كل مشترك العضوية المناسبة من حيث عدد الحصص أسبوعيًا وفق جدول الحصص، وعلى ألّا تقل الحصص لأي رياضة عن ثلاث حصص بالأسبوع.
11. Each Participant/Child shall select the membership type based on the number of weekly sessions, provided that no sport shall have fewer than three (3) sessions per week.
12. زمن الحصة التدريبية: لا يقل عن (60) دقيقة، ويخفض في شهر رمضان المبارك إلى (45) دقيقة.
12. Each training session shall last not less than sixty (60) minutes and shall be reduced to forty-five (45) minutes during the holy month of Ramadan.
13. يحتفظ النادي بحق تعديل أوقات العمل أو جداول الحصص أو المدربين وفق مقتضيات التشغيل، مع إخطار ولي الأمر متى أمكن ذلك.
13. The Club reserves the right to modify working hours, training schedules, or coaching assignments when operationally required, with prior notice to the Guardian/Parent whenever reasonably possible.
14. تغيير نوع الرياضة (النشاط) لا يتم إلا بعد مضي شهر على الأقل.
14. The change of sport or activity shall only be permitted after a minimum period of one (1) month.
15. يلتزم المشترك بالتدريب ضمن أوقات الدوام الرسمي للنادي.
15. The Participant/Child shall train only during the Club’s official working hours.
خامسًا: التعليق (الإيقاف) والغياب
Article 5: Suspension and Absence
16. مدة الإيقاف المجاني حسب الباقة: (بيسك شهر: 3 حصص)، (6 حصص/2 أشهر بيسيك بلس) – (9حصص/3 أشهر بريميوم) ، الإيقاف المجاني غير متاح في الخصومات والعروض الإيقاف المجاني متاح بالأسعار الأساسية فقط
16. The free suspension period varies by package: Basic (1 month): 3 sessions, Basic Plus (2months): 6 sessions, Premium (3 months): 9sessions. Free freezing is not available with discounts and offers; free freezing is available at the basic prices only.
17. يحق للمشترك تعليق عضويته مرة واحدة على الأقل كل (3) أشهر، ولمدة لا تقل عن (25%) من مدة العضوية، وفق آلية يحدّدها النادي، ولا يطبّق التعليق بأثر رجعي.
17. The Guardian/Parent shall have the right to suspend the membership at least once every three (3) months for a period not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total membership duration, according to procedures set by the Club, and such suspension shall not apply retroactively.
18. لا يحق للمشترك المطالبة بالتعويض عن أيام غيابه المسموح بها وفق اشتراكه (الإيقافات) ما لم يبلّغ النادي مسبقًا (قبل أو أثناء يوم الغياب).
18. The Participant/Child shall not be entitled to claim compensation for permitted absences unless the Club is notified in advance (before or during the day of absence).
سادسًا: التجربة والإلغاء والاسترداد
Article 6: Trial, Cancellation, and Refund
19. التجربة المجانية: يقر ولي أمر المشترك بأخذ يوم مجاني وقناعته بإكمال إجراءات الاشتراك.
19. Free Trial: The Guardian/Parent acknowledges that a complimentary trial day has been utilized and agrees to complete the membership process.
20. إذا لم يحصل المشترك على اليوم المجاني قبل الاشتراك، فيحق له خلال (48) ساعة من بدء التفعيل، إلغاء العضوية واسترداد كامل الرسوم وذلك لمرة واحدة فقط.
20. If the Participant/Child has not received the free trial before enrollment, the Guardian/Parent shall have the right to cancel the membership and receive a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of activation, once only.
21. بعد اليوم المجاني وتنشيط الاشتراك، لا تُسترد قيمة الاشتراك إلا وفق الحالات المنصوص عليها في هذا العقد والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
21. After the free trial and activation of the membership, fees shall be refundable only under the conditions stipulated in this Agreement and applicable regulations.
22. لا يحق للمشترك المطالبة بالأيام غير المستخدمة متى توفرت الخدمة.
22. The Participant/Child shall not be entitled to claim unused days if the service has been made available.
سابعًا: الإغلاق والصيانة والقوّة القاهرة
Article 7: Closure, Maintenance, and Force Majeure
23. في حال إغلاق النادي مؤقتًا لأسباب تخص النادي، يُعوض المشترك بإضافة مدة الإغلاق إلى اشتراكه.
23. In the event of temporary closure for reasons related to the Club, the Participant/Child shall be compensated by extending the membership for a period equivalent to the closure duration.
24. في حالات القوة القاهرة، تُعلق الالتزامات مؤقتًا ويُمدد الاشتراك بقدر فترة التعطل، وفي حال تجاوز التعطل (30) يومًا متصلة يحق للمشترك إنهاء العقد واسترداد الجزء المتبقي من الاشتراك.
24. In cases of force majeure, obligations shall be suspended temporarily and the membership extended by the duration of disruption. If the disruption exceeds thirty (30) consecutive days, the Guardian/Parent shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for the remaining portion.
ثامنًا: الصحة والسلامة والمسؤولية
Article 8: Health, Safety, and Liability
25. للنادي الحق بطلب التقارير الطبية للمشترك متى ما دعت الحاجة.
25. The Club shall have the right to request the Participant’s/Child’s medical reports whenever deemed necessary.
26. يجب على المشترك إبلاغ المدرب قبل أي حصة بوجود أي مشاكل صحية مستجدة؛ ويتحمل المشترك/وليّ الأمر كامل المسؤولية عند عدم الإفصاح الدقيق.
26. The Participant/Child must inform the coach prior to any session of any newly arisen health issues; failure to disclose such information accurately shall render the Guardian/Parent fully responsible.
27. يلتزم المشترك بالمحافظة على سلامته وسلامة الآخرين، واتباع تعليمات المدرب أثناء التمرين. ولا يتحمّل النادي أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابة تنشأ نتيجة مخالفة المشترك للتعليمات أو الأنظمة، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، دون أن يشمل ذلك حالات الخطأ الجسيم أو الإهمال الفادح من جانب النادي.
27. The Participant/Child shall maintain his/her own safety and that of others and follow the coach’s instructions during training. The Club shall not be liable for any injury arising from noncompliance with rules or regulations, within the limits permitted by law, without including cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Club.
28. لا يتحمّل النادي أي مسؤولية عن فقدان المتعلّقات الشخصية داخل النادي.
28. The Club shall not be held liable for the loss of personal belongings within the Club premises.
تاسعًا: الاتصالات والخصوصية والهوية
Article 9: Communication, Privacy, and Identity
29. يحق للنادي التواصل مع وليّ الأمر بالحملات التسويقية عبر الوسائل المتعددة.
29. The Club shall have the right to contact the Guardian/Parent through various means for promotional and marketing campaigns.
30. يحق للنادي تصوير الأنشطة (بما فيها المشترك) في أي وقت داخل النادي، واستخدام الصور في حساباته ومشاركاته ومناسباته.
30. The Club shall have the right to photograph activities (including the Participant/Child) within the Club at any time and to use such photos in its accounts, events, or publications.
عاشرًا: السعة والانضباط والذوق العام
Article 10: Capacity, Conduct, and Public Decency
31. لا يحق لأي مشترك الاعتراض على عدد المشتركين ما دامت الظروف طبيعية وخالية من أي احترازات.
31. No Participant/Child shall have the right to object to the number of attendees if conditions are normal and no exceptional restrictions are imposed.
32. يُمنع تقديم هدايا لطاقم النادي.
32. Offering gifts to the Club’s staff is strictly prohibited.
33. يُمنع دخول الزائرين بملابس مخالفة للذوق العام، وفق اللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
33. Visitors wearing attire contrary to public decency are not permitted to enter, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
الحادي عشر: الرسوم الإدارية والخدمات الإضافية
Article 11: Administrative Fees and Additional Services
34. رسوم نقل الاشتراك إلى شخص آخر بنظام الترقية إلى أقرب باقة: (350) ريال.
34. Membership transfer to another person under the upgrade system to the nearest package shall incur a fee of one hundred sixty-nine (350) SAR.
35. رسوم الإيقاف بعد نفاد الإيقاف المجاني (إيقاف شهر): (115) ريال.
35. Suspension fee after the free suspension period (1 month ) shall be one hundred fifteen (115) SAR.
36. رسوم المشاركة في البطولات الداخلية: (115) ريال, في حال التغيب عن البطولة لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ او تعويضه
36. Participation fee for internal tournaments shall be one hundred fifteen (115) SAR, In case of absence from the tournament, the amount cannot be refunded or compensated.
37. رسوم شهادات ترقية الأحزمة (كاراتيه/تايكوندو): حسب الاتحاد المعني ويمكن الاستفسار عن الرسوم من خلال خدمة العملاء.
37. Belt promotion certificate fees (Karate/Taekwondo) shall follow the respective federation’s regulations, and details may be obtained through customer service.
38. رسوم الأدوات والملابس الرياضية: تحسب بشكل منفصل.
38. Sports equipment and attire fees shall be charged separately.
الثاني عشر: المخالفات وإنهاء أو رفض الخدمة
Article 12: Violations, Termination, or Service Refusal
39. لا يُسمح بدخول الحصص لأي مشترك انتهى اشتراكه ولم يُجدّد؛ وتجديد الاشتراك عند التأخر خاضع للأولوية والطاقة الاستيعابية.
39. No Participant/Child whose membership has expired and not been renewed shall be allowed to attend sessions; renewal shall depend on availability and the Club’s capacity.
40. يُمنع تجديد اشتراك كل من خالف أحكام وشروط هذا العقد.
40. Renewal shall be prohibited for any member who violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
41. يحق للنادي إلغاء الاشتراك دون دفع أي تعويض للمشترك في الحالات التالية:
• إذا ثبت وجود معلومات غير صحيحة في عقد العضوية.
• إذا استُخدم الاشتراك من قبل شخص آخر غير صاحبه.
• إذا ثبت تجاوز السنّ المسموح به.
• إذا أساء المشترك السلوك أو أزعج الآخرين أو لم يلتزم بتعليمات وأنظمة النادي.
41. The Club shall have the right to terminate the membership without compensation in the following cases:
• If false information is found in the membership contract.
• If the membership is used by a person other than the registered Participant/Child.
• If the age limit is exceeded.
• If the Participant/Child behaves inappropriately, disturbs others, or fails to comply with the Club’s rules and regulations.
42. للمشترك حق إنهاء العقد واسترداد المبلغ المتبقي إذا أخلّ النادي بأي التزام جوهري منصوص عليه.
42. The Guardian/Parent shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for the remaining amount if the Club breaches any material obligation set forth herein.
